i hung up on Gravelli after liquidize the assets and the mission indicator on the map has not appeared what can i do to fix this?

you also have to finish all of Phil bell's and Jimmy's missions as well for it to unlock. Once you have no more missions left (check your stats and make sure there all your mission progress are at 100%) you'll get the call.
