Could someone tell me which mission is Holland Nights and who is Clarence. I think I may have shot him and that would mean i would have to restart again. I've already killed Ivan and had to restart and I'm way to far in to have to do it again.

You don't have to restart. If you kill Ivan/Clarence/whoever, you can still get the achievement.

I don't understand how people can think that something they do in the game will somehow "prevent" them from getting the 100% completion. Only a really fucked up developer would make a game "unbeatable" by the decisions you make.

I waited until I was finished with the story to meet the random characters. I just got the achievement (no more strangers) a few minutes ago without Clarence. You'll be O.K.;)

ok now I'm gonna cry.. I'm up to 61 missions now when i saw the guide with clarence and the holland nights. i remembered me doing this mission and i didn't walk in the building I sniped the guy while standing on the street because I saw him from there. So I did not encounter him in a movie or something i hope this isn't going to ruin my achievement..
