Okay, so my brother bought xbox live through the cboc, and now he doesn't want it anymore (whats wrong with him is beyond me :P) however, now it's started charging us monthly, so i was wondering how to cancel his membership. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You'd probably need to call and have it cancelled over the phone. Seems like that'd be the easiest way.

yeah u have 2 ring them but they wont refund the months u havent used m8 i had the same prob wiv my brothers acc so i just let it run out!!
it was on a debit card n they tried to charge for another year without askin so u have to tell them to cancel the debit ok bud hope this helps!! : )

If you bought a month, they'll cancel it after the month.. 3 months after the 3.. a year, ater the year, but you won't get refunded for the amount your brother paid, i don't think

Yes, like they said it should end after the requested time...if it does not you willl have to phone them i believe the number is 1-800-4myxbox or somthing to tat sort sorry i dont remember the exact number.

haha, I had to change the card number being charged one time, and it took like 3 days to confirm email address', them call me back to confirm it was me, and the actually canceling the old transaction.

calling, is the way to go, but by far not the easiest haha
