They dont spawn at the friggin airport at all! they did once but now they dont and in the manual it says theres one in the moddle of the second island....but its a maveric! i need it for the pigeons, anyone know anywhere i might find one?

its annoyin cos i cant get some pigeons on the statue of happiness untill i get an anhilator...how ironic!!!

You can snipe them from the corners of the star shaped platform at the bottom of the statue. Also you can snipe them from in a boat in the water just off the shore.

i found an one at the upper runway sitting off to the side.

not sure if its normally there or spawns there after you do something.
