hey, ok some achievmments dont have a how-to help to them, thats because they tell you how to get it.
Off the Boat Complete the first mission. 5
One Hundred and Eighty In a darts game score 180 with 3 darts. The maximum score attainable with three darts is 180 (3 x treble 20). The trebles are located on the inner ring on the dart board.

Pool Shark Beat a friend at pool. Win a game of Pool when you're with Michelle or with Roman. It's an easy win if you allow the computer to auto aim for you. Select overhead view, then let the computer pick the best route for the ball.

King of QUB3D Beat the High Score in QUB3D. You can find QUB3D around Liberty City. Look for the QUB3D in the first strip club that you'd encountered by the front door, and in the first pool hall. The high score is around 10, 900. Don't play the game without watching the tutorial, otherwise you'll have a hard time figuring out bonus attacks and buttons. You must complete a game to unlock the achievement.

Finish Him Complete 10 melee counters in 4 minutes.
Melee counters are performed by dodging before an attack hits you. A counterattack is performed by following the counter with an attack. When the opponent tries to punch you, hold the A button for a dodge, release the A button, then press the B button to attack. The counterattack must hit the opponent when the opponent is in the attack animation. Remember, you must use nothing but counterattacks on the opponent; otherwise, they won't live long enough for you to complete the achievement.

Genetically Superior Come first in 20 singleplayer street races. Street races are unlocked by completing the Number 1 Brucie mission. Call Bruice on your cell phone to setup a race.

Wheelie Rider Do a wheelie lasting at least 500 feet on a motorbike. Where's the flattest area in Liberty City that you won't be interrupted by a stupid pedestrian or a crazy driver? The airport! Drive a bike to the airport, and complete the achievement on the runway.

Gobble Gobble Score 3 strikes in a row, a turkey, in 10-pin bowling. There's an easy way to get a strike. Approach the left lane with a ball in your hands, then make Niko take two steps to the left. Press the A button to enter shooting mode, then pull down the Right analog stick for one second before pushing it back up.

Driving Mr. Bellic Unlock the special ability of taxi. Get on Roman's good side by completing jobs and activities for him. By building a positive relationship, Roman will offer his taxi service to you for free.

Rolled Over Do 5 car rolls in a row from one crash. Drive a fast car, such as a police car or a Super GT, into a yellow sign at full speed, but don't drive directly towards the sign. Angle the car slightly so that half the car hits the sign.

Walk Free Lose a 4 star wanted rating by outrunning the cops. In your car, get on the airport runway and get out. This instantly gives you four stars. Then, run or drive to the end of the runway.

Courier Service Complete all 10 package delivery jobs. Complete Little Jacob's side missions involving the transportation of drugs.

Retail Therapy Unlock the special ability of buying guns from a friend. 10
Chain Reaction You must blow up 10 vehicles in 10 seconds. You'll have to clump a group of cars together and blow them up. Grab a powerful weapon such as a Rocket Launcher, and pile 10 or more cars against a wall. Make sure to pack the cars tightly against the wall. Now, get far away from the cars before firing rockets at the cars.

One Man Army Survive 5 minutes on 6 star wanted level.
You should attempt the achievement early in the game before unlocking the islands. Walk across the train tracks under Algonquin Bridge heading west. Halfway onto the bridge, your wanted levels should reach six stars. Don't freak out when you hear the police coming towards you. Neither police cars nor helicopters can reach you. Ignore the cops and head towards the second island and into the subway tunnels. In the darkness, you'll be safe from the cops, who won't find you hiding in the tunnels.

Lowest Point Complete mission "Roman's Sorrow". 5
Over Fulfilled Complete all 10 Exotic Export orders. 10
Manhunt Complete the Most Wanted side missions from the police computer. Use the computer in a cop car to track down Most Wanted side missions. Press the LB button to use the computer.

Warm Coffee Successfully date a girl to be invited into her house. Your first date with Michelle takes place at a bowling alley. Call Michelle for a second date, and get her to commit to another day. If she wants to see you again, pick up Michelle using Roman's taxicab, and go to the Pool hall. At the end of the date, return to Michelle's crib in order to "try your luck."

Half Million Reach a balance of $500,000. The mission Three Leaf Clovers pays $250,000, half of the amount needed for the achievement. For the other half, you'll have to grind it out, completing odd jobs, killing people, and stealing cars. Remember, cars are more valuable when they're in perfect condition, so pay and spray your cars before sending them to the chop shop.
