The same way you came in. Run out through the doorways and through the broken fence. Hop into the crappy truck parked there and take that to the parking lot, where you should get into one of the much better cars that are sitting there.

You have to kill the 2 cops in the hallway. Then you have to go to a room and kill another cop. After that get out of the building and dont mind about the cops that are still left. Jump in the truck and go to highway. You will get 3-stars so there wont be choppers.

I'll tell you how I did this mission

- Before the mission I went and got a taxi to the weapon store n strapped up with bullets for the AK-47 and bought some body armour


Make sure your full health as well (go get a taxi to a resaurant or a burger shot so you have full health as well as armour)

Once your at the point where you've killed all the gang members and N.O.O.S.E have turned up keep your aim up at all times and shoot anybody you see, try to keep away from the oil cans as if they blow up they will take a huge chunk of your health and N.O.O.S.E wont shoot them, an alternative thing to note is in the room where you found the bag of cocaine there's some body armour on the floor and on the room to the right just before the exit out theres a first aid kit (for health) sittin on the floor in the corner there, i killed everyone i saw by just staying in one room and waiting for people to come to the door and then blastin my ak at them, if people dont come to you within around a minute i wud slowly move and navigate to the nearest flashin red dot on your map trying to get a lock on it so you can kill it.

Once your out of the house run through the hole in the fence you came through and steal the fastest looking car in the car park there

Evading the cops is tricky, I had 3 stars only here but i had an SUV chasing me and i couldnt shake it (it was too fast, couldnt drive away from it with the primo i was in) you can try pay n spray (if u can get out of sight of the police) to instantly lose your wanted level, but i did it the hard way and drove around for about 5 minutes till i finally escaped, be warned they will try to box you in a corner, if you have at least 3 police cars around you and a wall (so theres no where to drive) GET OUT OF YOUR CAR STRAIGHT AWAY, you wont be arrested by the cops cuz they're all still in their cars, if your stuck by a small wall, jump over it and run the hell away or otherwise shoot the cops in one of the police cars so you can steal it and continue your get away.

That's not really a guide, but the info there should definitely help you to complete the mission!

Or you could do what I found and save a whole load of trouble!
Found this by chance when trying to get past this level myself. When I got the bag of drugs and had to escape, I ran as fast as possible only shooting the cops if they were really in my way. Then when you get to the door of the building you came in by, run straight ahead!! Don't go for a car. When your running forward, look carefully for a gap in the fence and jump into the water. Now carefully look around and you should find a speed boat to aid your escape :D

I managed to hit it as I jumped into the water so found it easily. If you just keep in a straight line from the gap in the fence, it should be as easy for you! Was pure luck and chance that I found it, but so much easier than a car chase!

In the back room next to the where you found the bag,there is a couch and a metal box.I jumped on the box and jumped up to the 2nd floor.(this jump is tricky,but can be done) I then climbed down the same ladder I used to get in the hospital.
From there I jumped in the truck I parked near the ladder.

I got tired of dying, so I took my revenge out on every cop I could find. I killed everyone of them, then I took out the shooters on the helicopter. After this, I ran out into the parking lot, and took a car. Be careful when heading back into the main land, three cop cars will try to block the bridge entrance.

Go out the door you came in, turn right, and jump through a hole in the fence. But instead of getting in the car, jump off the dock. And you'll see an un-manned Jetmax boat begging you to steal it. Swim over to it, get in, and mission accomplished.

Didn't notice the boat thing, but with the picked up armor I was able to run out (getting hit a few times along the way), get into a truck and drive to the nearest pay n' spray.

This one was tense for sure!

I picked up the drugs and was on low health, so I ducked behind a box with the health pickup on it (large room in the back, only 1 way in).
Being low on health, I just took cover and kept shooting cops as they came in. After maybe a dozen or so, I could see no new cops arriving on the radar, so I made a run for it and by chance jumped off the dock and found the boat.
Great mission!

I had problems trying to get away on land, so my third try I jumped in the boat and finished it no problem.

As other have mentioned shoot everyone you see! Exit the house and go right, then you'll see a fence and some tanks shoot the tanks to blow down the fence and from her run to the parking lot (not the same parking lot you came in) and jump into a car and take off. By taking a right you shouldnt run into any more cops until you reach a car. Two cop cars will come in but you'll have plenty of time to steal a car and get moving. Well this is how I did it.

What I did was not shoot every thug in the hospital before I got the package. That way when the cops come the thugs will turn their attention to them instead of you, same with the cops as well. It buys you a little bit more time to get out.

Wasn't that hard, and I don't think I saw too many cops, I just bailed into the water, and got in the boat then got the hell out.

I tried this mission (and died) twice before reading about the boat on the right, but I retried the mission twice again and the boat was never there.

I ended up taking a Hummer, parking it right in front of the hole in the gate. I killed the cops on my way out, got in the Hummer and simply took off, and I still had my full health and half of my armor.

I found this mission really easy, personally. I didn't take any damage at all until NOOSE came, and then the only damage I took after that was to lose about half of my armour whilst running to the parking lot and into my car.

This took me a couple of attempts and was very anoying!!! But basically what BigHellaJake said works well. Dont run about trying to do it in a minute, take your time. When you go in the building kill everyone, walk slowly making sure you take everyone out, including the ones above you. Get yourself into the back room where you need to go, then after the cops arrive walk slowly back through the building, there WILL be random cops inside the building, i never saw them to start with so i died by being shot in the back ALOT! Dont forget theres a medi pack in the big room at the back. Then as soon as your back to the beginning, literally run like youve never ran before, to the truck thing and drive. I didnt bother stopping to get a better car, i just drove straight to the pay n spray, then thats it, your home free. Like i said it took me about 10 goes before i just sat there and took my time with it, its reasonably easy when you just walk it :D

I had problems with this missions also, I parked a Comet outside and don't use the rear-way ladder. Come in through the front door and sprint back out of it when you get the coke and drive away in the Comet, which you have strategiacally parked outside for your getaway.

When I did it there was a Comet in the parking lot. I boosted that and drove off the road in the park and drove over the grass to a part of the island that wasn't part of the search area, a really little corner, and lost it there.

I used a health cheat. Just stay behind cover and you'll get it. I got it on my 2nd try.

i got stuck on this msiion for ages it was starting to piss me off and my xbox was gonna go out the window my friends like 'y so angry chill out and jump off the pier into the ocean and grab the boat and speed off' after 3 tries i finally found the boat and zoomed off

so just run past the fuzz and jump into the boat after going though the hole in the fence

Ya, this really wasn't too hard. I died the first time I tried it but that was because after I lost my wanted level from the 3*, I hit a cop car by accident and got a 1*. While trying to escape that wanted lvl, my car burst into flames and I dived out to try to escape, but I only had a little health left and died. The 2nd time I bought body armor before going and all was well. Just take your time going through the house and kill everyone one by one, hiding behind walls. Make sure to pick up any health or body armor in the house when you are done, prior to picking up the drugs. Run out the way you came (after getting the drugs) hope in the truck, ditch it for a faster car and escape. (Or, as others have pointed out, take the boat).

what i did was i drove a huge truck to the hospital and parked it so that it would be in between the cops fire and myself when i ran out

i arrived at the place in the comet i still had from mission with brucie, so i entered killed everyone then as i was leaving when cops arrived i ran staight out killed one cop then went down the main alcove were no cops are near entrance, killed cop behind cans and cop on scaffolding, went through door killed cop waiting and then my car was there with a bunch of cops around jumped in car plowed through cops and just sped away as the comet is on of the fastest cars, i when i saw a cop car on radar heading towards me i turned to a differen street took me about 3 mins to do hole mission 1 minute to escape cops
