Red dot- Church
Orange Dot- Under/on bridge
Blue- Police dpt?
Yellow- Under/on/near bridge?

No idea, 2 maps they made so there wouldn't be 200 dots on one map.

there is no difference. one of the maps has the first 100 i think and the other has the second 100..

as for on topic. can't help, haven't started looking yet :P

Let's see if I do this right...

Church = Top of the Cross on the roof.

Orange Dot = There is a very tiny area you can go to. If you head west and hit that turn to go south, there will be a tiny area on your right you can drop to.

Police Dept. = A little alley way by the Police Dept. It should be behind a wooden fence area under the bridge side.

Yellow Dot = I think that's the skatepark. On top of the ramp area.

Any idea on the pink and white dots?

White = I think that's on a rooftop or something. There's 2 water towers near it.

Pink = More rooftop stuff. Check on top of the vents.

I did not. I started taking screenshots of bird shooting after some time. I did it as a side-contribution project until I saw GR and IGN started doing it, in better quality than I did. -_-

Although compared to them and I, we're doing it in reverse. LoL. They have the first 2 Islands (Broker/Dukes & Bohan), I have the last 2 (Algonquin & Alderney).

In time, they'll have em up and better. But for now, I have opposite. xD

Happiness Island has 6 total (5 on the statue itself).
Regarding the other island, unsure if any sites have it up yet to my knowledge.

I'm currently at 191 with 2 pigeons left on main islands to get. I only got 1 on Happiness Island so far, so everyone says theres 6, so I still need 5 from there.

That'll put me at 198 - Is there any places on the map that there is more than 1.. I've been crossing them off the map as I got them. I'm 100% positive I didn't miss any either. HELPPPPPP

I need one pigeon, have no clue where it is. I've crossed off every dot on each map. Killed 6 on Happiness Island, 2 at each of the other big dots. Anyone think they know which one I'm missing?

Where are the ones on Happiness Island? I got the one on the base of the doorway right below her feet. Where are the other 5?

Also, I need these last 2.

Blue- Around a construction yard/abandoned building? Where though?
Red- On bridge somewhere? On both maps it shows the dot so I probably got one around that area. Where are both in this area? On bridge/below?

Blue is on that crane thing, you can jump on a white box from the freeway ramp.

Red is under the bridge on the support, you can shoot it from a boat. Or on the bridge railing depending on map.

Torch
Crown
Shoulder
Book
Doorway on North side

Where is last 1?

Should be 2 on the "torch," otherwise, theres one around the base (unless that the one on the doorway, I don't remember), not on the grass but on the base which the statue stands.
