I just thought I'd post this tip because I did it and it makes things a hell of alot easier. What you want to do is flag down a cab, when it stops, call jacob and set up the job. Jump in the cab and hit "A" immediatly. When you get to the delivery car, stand near it and hail down another cab. Once the cab stops, jump in the car and trigger the mission, then jump out, run to the cab and get in. Hit the "A" button again. The cab will take you to the deal, run to the icon and there you go!
