if thats true then thats pretty lame, as I've killed dwayne just so it would be one less person to worry about doing stuff with. also, it would contradict the achievement's description of "After meeting all possible friends, the ones left alive all like you above 90%."

Killing Dwayne won't keep you from getting the achievement. Are you sure they like you 90% and not just respect you 90%?

I think the more important question is why did you kill Dawyne? LOL. I mean you get $25,000 for killing him, or you could kill Playboy and get a new safehouse and secret outfit. It's so easy to make money, I don't see why you would need it.

2. he prolly killed him because playboy gave him a phone and he didnt really know about what you get for killing the people

to answer the thread idk what happened because i took the deal and didnt get kate, so i only have brucie, jacob, and packie and it doesnt matter about kate

packie, jacob, bruicie, and maybe dwayne(depends if you killed him or playboy), and roman(dies in the story) so pretty much if u killed dwayne you only should have to worry about getting to 90% like with packie, jacob, and bruicie. and maybe if you cheated thats maybe why you didnt get the achievement

I am thinking that perhaps a cheat was used and they saved progress. If you have all of them at 90% you would have the achievement, because it is not glitched. Hope you iron that out.

You get the outfit that the guy from GTA 3 had if you get playboy's house. You also can only put it on there. ;)

kate shows up only after you start dating her under person I believe, not by the guys

i killed dwayne and got everyone else up to 90% once i beat the game. it unlocked.

The Achievement is "Liberty City 5" These are Roman, Little Jacob, Brucie, Dwayne, Packie. I can Only Assume that you need All 5 Of their stats above 90%. Serious Spoiler following don't read it unless you've finished the game and would like to prove that what I've heard is wrong
My friend said that it is possible to save Roman, at the expense of Kate's life. He said that he chose to betray Dimitri, then Pegorino get's mad and shoots up Roman's wedding killing Kate. Otherwise Kate gets mad at you and refuses to talk to you again. Is he wrong? Tell me so I can ridicule and belittle my friend. PS. I haven't finished the game, so I don't know for sure.

To find out the stats of Kate, go to "stats" in the pause menu, then go to "player". It should be there. :)

Kate is considered a "girlfriend" something does happen when you get her to 100% but is not part of the achievement.

In replying the endings brought up by different posters
The two endings are either the death of Roman (deal) or the death of Kate (revenge) both brought up here. I went with revenge and Kate still called me after the story as "unknown caller" I was still able to take her out that way till 100% where something happens.

As for the achievement depending on who you have left still alive like the achievement description says, Roman, Little Jacob, Packie, Brucie, Dwayne is the 5 friends you can raise up your likeness with them.
Dwayne and Roman do not count towards the achievement because of their faith later on. So if these two are killed and you have Jacob, Packie, and Brucie, just raise their likeness up and you should still get the achievement.

alright i got the Liberty city (5) acheevo the only people i had to get above 90% were Packie(90%), Little Jacob(100%), and Brucie (90%) i aslo had kate on my phone but she never answered so i only needed to get those 3 people to like me above 90%

yea you can i only had to get the 3 people above 90% but i guess that is determined by what choices you make
