i beat this in 21 hours and no achivement i skiped the credets so i think this is tru im getting 100% then ill do it again thanks:uzi:

yeah, i skipped the credits as well and it unlocked for me...i was so happy because i used one cheat (spawn boat) throughout the game and someone said that using the vehicle cheats prevent you from getting the lc minute achievement...i was quite relieved that they were wrong in my case!
