Internet disconnecting only with gta

anyone else having this problem. I can only play in rooms with like 3 or less people without getting disconnected. i put in cod4 and was online without a problem. but whenever i play gta4 it doesnt just drop me from the game it disconnects from live completely.

any suggestions? bright house is giving me a 'tested' router tomorrow. but everything else works fine.

Quite a few others have been having trouble connecting/staying connected. Myself included. If CoD4 works, then I don't think it would be your router. It has to be on Rockstar's (or whoever runs their servers) end.

I get disconnected from LIVE even when I'm playing single player in this game sometimes. It's really buggy it seems. One time after I got disconnected it wouldn't even register my wireless network. I had to search for it a few times. Weird.

happened with me too... just seems to be something wrong, but it seems to be working fine now.
