Is it possible that I missed out on this achievement? I read on a walkthrough that you are supposed to get a call from Packie after you kill either Derrick or Frank to go to their funeral. Well, I never got that call. I killed Frank, but I didn't go to the funeral afterwards to get jumped by Albanians. And then after that mission, I would have talked to Gerry at the Alderney Correctional Facility leading up to the I'll Take Her mission (or Gracefully Taken achievement). So, that call is supposed to be right after the mission where I kill either Frank or Derrick, right? Is there anyway I can trigger it or something? Like calling Packie, and he tells me to go to the funeral. Or does Packie call a while after the mission where I killed Frank?

No, you will eventually get this mission. I was little worried also. Try going to your safehouse and advance time a few days.

Packie will call you a short time after you kill Frank or Derrick, with a funeral request so put on your best suit and go mourn the brother you killed.

Note: If you don't kill Frank he gives you a one time get out of trouble free call.

Yeah, I didn't have any other missions so it was worrying me. I just kept advancing time and finally he called after I advanced it like four days or something.
