Im asking this here cause no one answered when I asked in another thread! So basically im sure Ive only one more guy to talk to and thats clarence.

Just if I want to see him I have to spare Francis McReary's life.. Which I didn't I dont know whether I ruined the achievement or 100% or both?

Anyone have the official guide and can let me know or does anyone actually know what ive done.. All ive gotten was "you MIGHT have screwed up the achievement or 100%"
