Anyone have any tips on this? Every time I start the mission Jayvon gets away from me before I even get in a car.

What? I got it on my first try. It shouldn't be difficult. A car/bike is parked for you to get.

Is there? I looked around and saw nothing so by the time I jacked a car he was already out of my reach.

I'm not sure if there was, but I remember getting in a parked car right next to me after the cutscene. Maybe it was just parked there...

Yeah theres a bike waiting for you, its on the radar as well, right next to you.
