tips for titanium man

i've been fighting titanium man on normal setting for like 5 hours and i can't freaking beat him i can get him down to like 1/2 before he goes to recharge and thats if i'm still alive at that point. does any have any insight on how to take him down? this is in the arctic battle mission

Make sure to take down all of the other enemies first (including the jets), so you can fight just him and the occasional jetpack soldiers. Route your main systems power to your weapons (down on the d-pad) hit him repeatedly with repulsor fire, missiles and the occasional charged unibeam and kill any jetpack soldiers as soon as they appear. If you get low on health, duck behind a building or similar structure until your life bar regenerates. He only charges up twice, so if you can survive those two, then you just have to continue dodging, firing and hiding to restore health until he's down.

This guy is nuts on hard mode. Follows you so close its hard to get away and regen your health.
