Where's the kids?!

Probably to avoid any child parenting complaints. That would be my guess, it's a game for adults. Having kids in it says its ok for kids

Yeah, it's Rockstar alright. They do what they want, not what the customer wants. And they will bleed you for DLC because they are too nieve to put it in the finished product. They fell short in many areas, so they got lazy and left kids out. Plus, if they had kids in it that would be way to graphic for some. I can't see myself running around LC shooting kids and such...that is just not good stuff.

Allowing you to kill kids would get the game banned, that's why very few games have kids in, or only have kids in areas you can't attack.

I'm not really bothered they're not in it, and I wouldn't really be bothered if they were and I ran one over, as Tussell said, they're just pixels, not a real kid.
