how do you turn penalty sliders up???????????????????????????/

go into the settings via my setting. Turn the penalty shots slider all the way to the right

this isnt very hard.. i believe you go start>options>LT or RT(not positive) then you have rules, penalty's, and CPU and HUMAN skills
