Why wont Roman give me the taxi service?
He respects me and likes me 100%, i did get the achievement, then turned off my console and the option is not there?

Well the saving system is a little odd, wait a tiny bit and get in a car and he will ring you again and give you the special ability, for some reason it doesnt save the ability always within a save.
