I no there i proberly already a post but i dont care this achievement is really start to piss me off. Ive tried everything blocking off highways. Stealing cars puting into groups nothing works. I cant even get more than 4 cars next to each other before i get a wanted leval for no reason. There isnt even any police around and i get it how are you surposed to do it.

You would think with over 300 posts the TC, being a member over a long period of time, wouldnt have the gall to say "Im sure there is a thread but I dont care". How obnoxious to flood the site with repeat threads just because you simply "dont care". Why anyone would even respond with help is a mystery to me.
