Can you buy a RPG?

I've run out of RPG's and I was wondering if you can by some? Whenever I call Jacob he's got everything except an rpg. I've been to the gun store in Aldernay and had no luck there either.

From my experience, you can't buy a weapon unless you've picked it up in a mission. Once you've used X weapon, it'll no longer be "display only"

I could be wrong, but I'm fairly positive I'm correct though.

Razzleson is right. You have to complete a mission the weapon is in before you can purchase it. You can purchase the RPG after completing the "Babysitting" mission for Derrick.
