Liberty City (5) Achievement Help/Question ***Spoiler***

I just have a few questions for anyone thats got this achievement.

I've finished the story and moved on to getting 100% completion and all the achievements. After the story was said and done the only "Friends" i have left alive are Jacob, Packie, Brucie, and Dwayne.

Now Jacob, Packie, and Brucie are all at 100% like. Dwayne is still at 67% like but i do not have the oppion of calling him to schedule stuff and he never calls me. Have i missed my chance to get this achievement or is there some trick i'm not seeing. Any help would be greatly appriecated.

Ninja Edit: So i'm aware Dwayne can become your friend but i have no idea how to get him to friend status. Everytime i call i get his anwsering machine and i've got 100% completion on his missions.

I'm having the same problem. Does anyone know if girlfriends count for this achievement?

You have to reply to Dwayne's e-mail.

Try checking your e-mails, Dwayne should have sent you a e-mail asking to hang out, reply positively and he should call you after that. Then you should be able to do stuff with him. At least, thats what happened to me.

Does that mean that you can still get the "Liberty City (5)" achievement once you've finished the main storyline?

Yup, I got mine much later after the story as I also couldn't figure out how to get Dwayne to talk to me, funny that I did see his email but didn't bother replying to it, or any other than Brucie's.
