Pegorino's Pride

Im stuck on one of Jimmy's missions called Pegorino's Pride. It tells me to go to a vintage point to snipe and i can see the point but i cannot get to it. I have been running around this building for a good fifteen minutes and i feel like an absolute idiot. Its also pitch black outside to so thats not helping. Can anyone tell me if there is like a ladder or something becuase this is just pissin me off.

I had the same problem. Go down near where the car was parked, and there's a door that leads up into that building. I spent a good 10-15 minutes looking as well, even climbing stairs onto another roof and trying to walk across a pipe to get to it.
