No more strangers Question

1. How do i know when i can meet them, i mean after whih mission and at what time??
2. Does it ount toward the 100%??

I just started a new game, because i didnt get all stranger on 1st playthrough.

started over? i just started last night and my strategy was to beat the story missions within 30 hours while making sure 90% of people liked me. then, after beating the game i figured i'd go meet all the people...

is my strategy flawed?

If thats possible what u say, then i dont need to start over, beause i can do all the other jobs then???!!

i hope so. right now i'm ignoring brucie and his emails cause i want to beat the game in under 30. i mean i might have to clean up those brucie missions to get him to like me for the LIberty City (5) achievement.

I just read on a other forum, that throughout the story you may kill some random charatcers e.g ivan, so i dont think its possible to do that, after u completed the story :(

So ill stick to my plan, and replay the whole game...

you dont get everyone you meet to like you above 90%, only the 5 that are left alive... yes 5, as in the achievment name... *hint hint*

only the 5 alive have to be above 90%, and most of those are the ones that offer you services for getting them to like you over 75% anyways.

I have this map from the website, i also met about 8 chracters, but im still missing about 6 or 7, i visited all places on the mpa but there are no people!
I really need to know the times when u can meet them, pls if someone has the guide tell me the times, i searched the whole web,c ant find anything useful. Thx

I completed the story and then visited the randoms, i hope it works.
