How empty do you think Halo 3,Gears of War,Call of Duty 4,and TF 2 will be?

Like the title,how empty do you think the servers to games like Halo 3,Call of Duty 4,Gears of War,and Team Fortress 2 will be this week? (Or the next two weeks)

I'll probably go on playing all the games I regularly play. I'm excited for GTA IV but don't have the time right now to rush to get it or the money to buy it at full price so I don't mind waiting. I just hope that the online achievement where you have to kill a member of the development team is viral so I can still get that when I finally do pick up the game.

I doubt that empty I mean there will be people who dont care for the game, others who parents may not get it. So COD will still have a good amount of people playing it.

I know quite a few people who are not really hyped to get GTA right away. They just do not like the game. Me I love it. I am sure the lobbies will be full for COD and Halo

Of course they won't be empty. There always be people who dislike a certain franchise, and will more in likely stick to the games they always play. It's not like the games will lose all their players overnight..

COD4 will still have a lot of ppl playing it, i dont think GTA online will be an experience like COD4 online, just my opinion though

I wouldn't say all that. The GTA series is in the top 10 best selling games of all time. With the likes of Mario. CoD4 even outsold Halo 3. Not by much, but it did outsell it.

GTAIII: sold around 12 million copies
GTA Vice City: sold around 15 million copies
GTA San Andreas: around 12 million copies

Halo 3: around 8.5 million copies

GTAIV will also be released on the PS3. Boosting its sales even further.

And yes, there will still be plenty of people playing H3, CoD4, GoW, etc.

He's right guys. Just cause a great game comes out doesn't mean everyones gonna stop playing other games. I play gears all the time and will still be playing and so will my friends maybe i'll play GTA all day today but that doesn't mean I won't touch another game.

I'm not worried about any of the lobbies being empty. There's the people that won't buy the game at all and those who (like myself) will spend time everywhere. I play Gears, Halo 3, CoD 4, and now I can add GTA IV to the list. It's great to see another game where lots of people will be on, though.
