SightSeer Problems Unlocking?

just make sure i'm doing it right, theres 1 helicopter place, with 3 different helicopters, i went on all 3, both sitting bored listening the the guy talk, and skipping them, but no achievement... is there something i'm missing?

having went back theres 3 again but 1 is in a different position, so looks like its 3 rides, then pass some time then back again

I'm pretty sure there are at least four of five helis. Just gotta get the right timing when the ones u need are there.
