Do you have to play through each difficulty there is to obtain all of the achievements or is it like some games where you can play the hardest difficulty and get them? Just curious because I'm looking at maybe renting this game and seeing what it's like. The demo was ok... I was just curious.

The demo doesn't do the game justice, as its only the training mission.

can you just beat the white house level on different difficulties to get the achievements?

It won't let you play the white house level unless you've gotten that far on the specific difficulty. Even if you've beaten the game on porfessional, you have to start on the first level on rookie.

Thanks guys! I'm definitely going to pick it up and check it out soon! I wish they wouldn't make it to where you have to go back in each difficulty, but... if it increases replay value, then sure go for it I guess. All I know is Quake 4 got old by the time I got all the way through General. But it felt good to finish it, nonetheless... :woop:

Does that include the training mission? was hoping that doesn't count as a level.
