Glitched Question

I'm trying to answer the "How does the Alethiometer work?" question, but every time I try, I get the stupid tutorial for using the alethiometer and it answers the "How is Mr de Ruyter doing with his spying" question.

Anyone know a way to fix this? Anyone had the same problem?

If you do the missions, there is no way you can't get it. Unless your game is glitched.

Which is always possible.
