So i think i just watched the worst movie ever...

Jason X..I mean seriously this guy has been around for what 25 years, Died like 20 million times. Walks around with a 75lb Hatchet blade. Can't Drive, But suddenly he's in space? Man this guy should be president if he can go from killing teenagers to being 5 light years away in space lol

Some movies are just so bad people still go see them...Which is why they still make them.

Bad movies are great, I love to watch them. Most the movies I watch are bad, awful acting, bad special effects, non existent budget.

Most actual bad movies turn out to be classics, which is weird.

I actually don't think Jason X is a bad movie, I thought it was quite cool. It had enough gore to keep me entertained for an hour and a half.

Also, when a series has reached its end they always send them up into space.

Just look at critters and leprechaun.

Although for some reason leprechaun came back and started again but in the ghetto. Bah, what a movie.

Here is the real question though...does it matter if the movie is trying to be bad or if its a movie that thinks its awesome that sucks?

Jason X was stupid but entertaining, but do you think anyone making it thought hey, this deserves academy awards. However movies like Gigli...the people who made it and starred in it thought it would be great...

My worst movie..tough one...I hated I am Legend...well, the ending of it. I didn't much like to book though either. I do have to say Smith was awesome in it though. I really can't think of anything else to bash right now.

Jason X wasn't the worst in the Friday the 13th series, Part 8 was by far the worst. My worst film of all time is Super Mario Bros., as well as Batman & Robin, Jaws 4 and Staying Alive. I love Plan 9 From Outer Space, which is often regarded as the worst film ever, but all Wood films are brilliant in my opinion.

That is a terrible film.. i rented it and had to force my self to watch it till the end.. not wanting to waste my money completely

Anyways, my worst movie would have to be the first CGI Final Fantasy film. Yeah, the first one, NOT Advent Children.

I was expecting something very tightly associated with one of the Final Fantasy universes, but instead I got some sci-fi shit not even remotely like ANY Final Fantasy I've played.

Plus it was boring. Even the action scenes were yawnfests.

I've watched the film three or four times and STILL don't understand it because it bored me so much I kinda switched off, didn't pay any attention and did other stuff instead.

I Am Legend bored me to death.
Waterworld was pure shit- I had bought Theme Park for the PC before we went in and I was bored enough to sit and read the manual. Twice.
Jumper was terrible.
Star Wars episodes 1/2 pissed me off Royally
Pretty much all Kevin Costner films actually, bar the Guardian.
2 Fast, 2 Furious and Tokyo Drift. First wasnt a classic, but when you realise Vin Diesel is the best actor in the film, holy cow.

Just watched Black Sheep. Shit version of Sean of the Dead.

And to the people slating The Village - thats about the one film plot in the last 10 years that I didnt see coming. Completely took me by surprise.

I have people tell me all the time im nuts, but the Big Lebowski was a horrid movie, I got up and walked out and started watching some Jackie Chan in a suit movie that was about 75 times better. I think it was called Mr. Wok's Happy Christmas or something like that.

George of the jungle was bad I got up and walked out of that(which is weird because I was one of 6 people in the theater and literally their were only 6 of us.)

Another Awful Awful movie was Die another Day, I opened a newspaper and starting reading it in that piece of crap film.

But the worst movie I think i have ever sat through and watched expecting to be entertaining was Napolean Dynamite, I mean people think that crap is funny? That was boring who wants to watch a retard on screen for 2 hours tryign to feed a Llama ham. So many people rave about that film and how hilarious it is, WHAT A CRAPFEST. I would rather have sex with Rosie O'Donell's fatter uglier bitchier sister than watch that again.

I would like to say that Epic Movie was the worst piece of crap I've ever had the misfortune of 1) paying for.. 2)being dragged to see it 3) wasting my valuable 2 hours, that I will never get back.

Full theater and no laughter = Epic Failure
I thoroughly regret not walking out and getting my money back.

And to the guy that said Part 8 of Friday the 13th was bad... part 9 was a ton worse!! I fell asleep the first time I watched it. I actually enjoyed part 8 quite a bit.

I usually have a very high tolerance for crappy movies (and games) as I just turn them into a comedy whether they are or aren't.

However, here are the four movies that I absolutely could not stand watching:

-Domino - I. Hated. It.
-The Ring - Just boring and stupid.
-The Grudge - I actually had fun watching it because it was hilarious, not scary whatsoever, but I still turned it off partway through.

Begotten is the worst movie ever. Any other movie pales in comparison. Imagine an hour and a half long movie without any sound, just crickets chirping, and theres a scene of a group of guys dragging another guy through a forest for 45 minutes, remember, without any dialog or sound.

My brother, cousins and I dedicated a good amount of time to seeing awful movies this past summer. If you want to see some real terrible ones I would have to recommend; Evil Bong, Gingerdead Man, and Troll 2. They are all good for a great laugh.

Wrost movie ever though, has got to be Super Mario Brothers. It is in my opinion the wrost movie I have ever seen. The main characters are Italian plumbers. Italian plumbers for the love of God.

What gets me though is what the hell was everyone thinking. When you think tall Italian plumber, you do not think John Leguizamo. I think he's a great actor, but just I mean come on...

I started making basic reviews on the films I watched about a year ago, giving it a general high point and low point score and then taking the average.

E.g. Film A, at one point was excellent and worth a 9, but was really crap another scene and got a 4. Therfore average score was (9+4)/2 = 6.5.

From this, my current worst film is: Legend. Shockingly bad. Some scenes were just mental and bits didn't seem to make sense or add anything to the plot.

One of the worst movies I have ever seen is probably Contact with Jodie Foster. Honestly, just a bad movie. Dude Where's My Car gets an honorable mention. That movie was beyond atrocious. I mean sure, I do the "Zoltan" hand motion thing all the time, but still, HORRIBLE!

I will probably also say Catwoman, Alone in the Dark, and BloodRayne were terrible as well. Glitter was complete shit. Meet the Spartans was one big advertising campaign and Epic Movie was funny at times but was hideous. I hate Shaq for doing Kazaam and Son of the Mask was a bitch movie to make since The Mask was amazing!

Annapolis - that movie is pure garbage. It's not even filmed in Annapolis / USNA because the Navy never approved the movie. It's even banned on school grounds there. lol.

The Beast of Yucca Flats...period. You must see it to believe it. There are so many bad things about this movie that its not even worth discussing. You will literally grow frustrated as you watch the movie. I actually watched it in my Drama class in school because my teacher loves bad movies and this was his favorite bad movie of all time.

TA was as funny as hell. "He's turning left onto baka daka laka street!" :p Gigli was watchable....not something to write home about but it wasn't 'the worst movie ever' as it's been called.

Oh and one that came straight to mind for me was Evita. The only time I've fallen asleep in the cinema.

I actually liked that movie, it was pretty funny, even though it wasn't supposed to be.

The worst movie I've seen in a while was The Marine. John Cena is ok on wrestling, but lets leave the acting he does in the ring...in the ring. Most of the explosions were unnecessary, and the acting was god awful. If it weren't for my sister being in love with Cena and him having a hot ass wife in the movie, I wouldn't have even wasted my time.

The marine was so bad it was good, OH SHIT IM ESCAPING FROM THIS BOATHOUSE I HAVE TO BLOW IT UP and John Cena jumps away from an explosion for like the thirtieth time. I was laughing my ass off.

Reno 911. It might have it's moments, but it's not very funny.
Jumper. The hot girl basically saves it for me, and the attractive dude makes it bearable for girls. But the plot and acting aren't very good. Wouldn't see it again.

I agree with you. Anchorman also sucked and so did Semi-Pro. The only movie of his I'll actually sit down and watch the whole thing still is Elf.
Elf was Will Farrell's only good movie, also ZooLander was pretty funny. Only thing is Will Farrell is a dick in most of his movies it really annoys me. One film I watched recently that sucked balls was 'The Night Of The Living Dead' It was the 1940 version, it was very lame and the acting was pretty bad. I just thought it was a dull movie overall and I wish I didn't waste me hour and a half watching it.

progency.... gah.... never been so bored in a movie. i think it was trying to tap into the popularity of X-files at the time. dude's wife is impregnated by aliens he see's her get obducted.but no-one believes him so he goes off trying to prove it. about 4 or 5 times in the movie he finds conclusive evidence like a small device under his skin or an alien baby which came out of his wife's snatch, but oh noes!!!.... the evidence keeps magically disapearing, those pesky aliens. this coupled with crap acting and characters who you couldn't care less about make it one of my least favorite movies
