Jack 50 enemy dolls

How the hell do you get the Jack 50 Spike doll, 50 rhino doll , etc? DO you have to jack them all in the level in which it says to? Also do you jack say 5 then restart and continue to do it until you get the achievement? can anyone help? thanks.

It carrys on through out the game all you need to do is jack 50 in total not just for that level by the time you complete the game twice you will of unlocked it or just do one or two of the levels over and over but you will get it by playing through normaly
