i am on mission 11 now, when I complete the game and go back and get the rest of the collectables and all that, would I still have the mojo I had when I ended the game? Will I also have all the other stats like how many times I have jacked each enemy or does that reset?

When you replay levels you do carry over your upgraded stats and the enemy jacks carry over as well
