EASIEST way to get the melee kills achievement

I've found an EEEEASY way to get the melee kills achievement.

In the chapter where you fight Vicus (Guts), kill him and then just keep doing melee atacks with any of your characters on his dead body and WILL COUNT AS KILLS!!

Wow, Great tip. Worked like a charm for me. I used this method to obtain the 100 and 250 melee achievements. It took me about 14 minutes and I think I had about 60-65 melees already.

I tried all of the characters and (personally) found that Blacks melee was the best. Church's would be the best but, as someone else mentioned, some of the hits don't seem to make contact. Just make sure you are standing directly underneath the fat boy when doing this, not off to the side.

This tip should DEFINATLY be added to the guide. Nice find Yova!

theres also another way not as easy but quite easy just go on the (skin,Blood,Flesh) either one of the theres a place in that level were monsters keep spawning over and over so keep on meleeing or ghost bulleting headshotting blowupping the people that spawn aslong as you dont kill the witch doing the stuff

i would push him around and had a hard time finding an angle to melee him at. my personal recommendation to those who use this method is to let the blind guy in the middle take out some of the concrete barriers so when the blob guy is dead, its easier to get closer to him. :)

Worked like a charm! But it seemed like it didn't count all of my melees. Whatever, I still got it! And this is also works for ghost bullet kills because I got my 100th ghost bullet kill by firing into his intestines. So you can get both the melee kills and the ghost bullet kills on Vicus!

EDIT: Actually, ghost bullet kills take so long to get the achievement on Vicus that I wouldn't recommend it. Just do those on Skin or Flesh or something.
