what was the best console out of

the snes or the megadrive(genisis)?
i thought they were both great and had both but the snes just edged it for me with games like
supermarioworld,super ghouls and ghosts,uni rally(uni racers in the usa a great game and still worth playing today)mario kart,killer instinct and many more
thats not to say i didnt like sonic 2,devils crush,kid chameleon and many of the fantastic games on the megadrive

To hard for me to even say really, but then again i owned a Gen before a SNES...so that kinda give the edge to Gen.....but uuh i dont want to really say ether. to fan boyish

im a fan of games not companys butme and my mate were discussing which system we preffered so just wondered what everyone else would pick if they had to based on the games

thats a tough choice. i have always preferd the snes over the genises. you cant really go wrong with super mario world and donkey kong country 1-3. but the genisis has oone of my all time favorites,: vectorman. oh and snes had killer instinct. i give the edge to super nintendo..

I have to go with the SNES just because of Chrono Trigger and the Final Fantasy games. Also the controller seemed better to me for longer gaming sessions. But Vectorman and Sonic makes the choice between the two systems a hard choice.

I never owned a megadrive so I can't say for sure, but the SNES was an awesome system with a lot of great games. And I also played Uniracers, loved it!

EDIT: Well if the megadrive was a genesis then I actually did own one, and I would say that the SNES was 10 times better imo.
