Chapter 11 stuck

Hey all,
I've talked with the President, he says to go to Maotoob or whatever the Beast Planet is and protect the Unification Point.

I've gone to the Planet and went to the Flyer Bay and the mission I'm supposed to do, protect the Unification Point is not there. I've Brought Leo and mini-Leo along and even tried Solo, but I can't continue in Chapter 11...

Am I doing something wrong?

I cant remember positively... being that i have not done story in about a year. But check out the bar.

you're supposed to go t the guardian HQ on moatoob, talk to the girl behind the counter and go to the "board room, or something like that" inside the guardian HQ.
