Things like that can, and do, happen all over the world. Don't be so narrow.

My apologies.

I agree similar 'odd' stories happen all over the world.

I am looking forward to the UK shaped cornflake story.

I'm pretty sure we got the jesus appeared in my toast story too!

Man, that's pretty crazy. To think a corn flake went for such a high price. I'm almost jealous...:p

You have to be such a loser to buy a single piece of breakfast cereal for $1350... Seriously, I hope somebody comes along and eats it :p

'An Internet trivia site submitted a winning bid of $1,350 for the famous flake'

They obviously would. ;)

And what a waste of a cornflake. Someone could be starving now and that cornflake may have made all the difference...

This is stupid. I bet you could quite easily make a cornflake yourself in the shape of a country. Anybody could do it, I might just try it, free money...

Not only did he pay too much for it, he flew out to retrieve it. It was basically a $1500 cooked piece of corn starch bread type stuff. Couldn't he just sculpt his own out of another corn flake? This is sooo sad..
