Clear the outside and stay outside and slowly pick them off.
Or use aggro. Stay outside and hold aggro while your friend goes in.
Grenades
One guy kamazie and the other stay out and pick him up. Just don't run in to deep

All of those strategies sound awesome except for the kamikaze one, don't think that'd work on Professional. Thanks for the tips though, I'm about to be at that part.

My friend and I just finished up Pro. Surprisingly we found it easier on Pro than Contractor (to finish the part you are talking about).. we died a few times on Contractor, where as it only took us one try to get past it.

I sniped a few guys, then we took out the RPG guy at the top of the steps.. then one went left, the other went right and from there.. babies were born :P

if you take out the two gaurds and one of you holds a scope on the door the bad guys will not rush out
the other guy should run up to the door and take the first cove he can while the second guy (with stealth on becasue your giving him cover fire) can make his way into the building
take out the rpg guy!!! thats a must then make your way up to the step if you dont trigger the yellow armor guy than the underlings will just keep coming. kill the armor and stop the flow! kill the rest of the people on the ground floor then make your way up the steps kill them all and dont die or youll be back at the door

I just spent brain wracking hours doing that part with the AI. he will die in and drag you into some of the stupidest spots

RPG on back right staircase

one person stay near the entrace and the other move up the left far enough to trigger the armor. start clearing out the few guys behind him as he moves up and tag him in the back

i hated this part with the A.I. omg 4 hurs to beat this level he would drag me into the dumbest spot ever... k what i gotta say is kill the rpg... when you walk into the building then those two little wall like things... make your partner take cover at ne then you go take cover at the other one and ne more tip TAKE IT SLOW trust me its gonna take time...

After an hour or so i figured this out.When hitting the building just have 1 guy run straight to the back,the other will advance,taking out the armor as the guy who went to the back provides cover fire. Advance up stairs,punching the guy with rockets as he comes down the stairs.there is a coop sheild on the second floor that will last you to the third floor.then just kill them off to the switch ,the lobby,than proceed to the elevator.Nice and easy.

take it slowly use blind fire and aggro to its ex tense and the easiest way to take out the armored troops with an RPG it makes them really easy to kill, 1 shot takes them down

slow down..think of it like call of duty veterian style..
