Replaying chapters

Is it possible to go back to other memories/chapters once you finish the game or do you have to start the whole thing again to get certain achievements such as "Disciple of the Creed"?

I would imagine so...try it out, that wouldn't take but half an hour.

Disciple of the Creed seems like you'd have to do it the first time through, but I'm not sure. Did you try reading through the thread dedicated to that achievement to see if people could go back and redo it?

Are you serious??? That is bullshit, I just realized what a "Full DNA Bar" meant after I only got about 5 of the white things on memory 2. Now I have to start over....WTF? Can someone confirm or deny this if they have run into it themselves?

I got Disciple of the Creed, without having a full DNA bar during every assassination. If you save all the citizens and reach all the high points before taking out your 9th target, you will get it.
