What's the difference between Eagle's Talon and Eagle's Prey Achievements?

One says to assassinate 100 guards while the other says 50 "stealth" assassinations.

What's the difference? In order to assassinate them, don't you have to be stealthy about it anyway? If you aren't using stealth and they are alerted they will stop you from assassinating them.

The one with 100 assassinations means you have to kill them with the hidden blade, but can be in midfight. The other one you have to assassinate them without them seeing it coming.

The difference is you have to kill 100 guards with your hidden blade whilst being seen or not but the 50 stealth assassinations means killing them without being aka when entering damascus walk to the edge of the mountains and assassinate the guards.
