*SPOILERS* A question about eagles vision

I mean at the end of the game when Desmond looks at Lucy through his eagles vision, she is blue meaning that she is on his side, but why didnt Altair use the same thing against Al Mualim? To find whether he is on their side or not?

its all apart of the mystery lol
got not clue
and i never really used eagles vision in the first place
i could tell weather or not they were a guard or not
and the assassinations show the person and what they look like before hand

My guess would be that since Al Mualim was a master, he would have a way of keeping it hidden, or since Altair believed they were on the same side, he wouldn't show up in red.

There are many ways it can be seen. For all we know the scientist guy that was running all these tests on you can be Al Mualim's ancestor and thats why he was red and the chick was blue. And the real last part with all of the writings on the wall above the bed. It just leaves so many pieces to be put together in the second. Great game though i must say....Great job Ubisoft!

I think the second game might be set in Japan because in Wikipedia it said there is some clue left at the end.
