Can't get by the armor guard near the end of the musem, what am I doing wrong?

So scratch that, RUN! then once he follows you past the walkway he'll fall through the floor. cheers mate. Good luck.

You have to press forward from where you initially get into a fight with him. You'll encounter another bum, which the armor guard usually kills for you. Move out of the gallery room and you'll come to another scaffold bridge like you walked across earlier (where you saw the guard killed by 3 thugs). Walk across the shaky planks and the armor guard falls through them.

then after you encounter him again, use the crossbow.

Will it kill the guards if you taser them ?

anytime you are faced by a guard run towards an enemy and then let the enemy fight and kill the guard.. you kill 2 birds with one stone so to say and yes tasers will kill them

no tasers all I have is a broad sword at the safe point before the door... so all I have to do is run to the scafold.. cool thx...

Well, i figured that out for the most part. Is that he FALL THROUGH the ground (A FEW TIMES)


Cuz after he falls through the scaffolding. You keep going down the steps, and to the left (where theres ALOT of crossbows and health) At the locker (that holds health) If you look down, theres boards covering a HOLE!

Im guessing the Crossbow comes into play, SOMEHOW...

Just shoot him with the crossbow, he will eventually kneel over, and you then push "A" to "Kill The Thief" - end of mission.

I grabbed a broadsword before actually entering the area to fight him, once he swings his axe down and it gets stuck in the ground...come around him and hit him from behind with the sword (or crossbow) and his armor chest plating will come off exposing his stomach. You can now shoot him directly in the stomach making him lean over and you can kill him at this point.

He attacks in two ways - a swing side to side and a chop where his axe sticks in the ground.

Run the first time across the scaffolding.

The second time after it goes to the cut-scene and you tumble down the stairs wait until he does the overhead chop and his axe sticks in the ground, run behind him and put a cross-bow into the exposed bit of flesh in his back.

Thanks so much for this info, I knew there was something with the axe sticking in the ground but i couldnt figure it out. I must have shot him 20 times with the crossbow but it dont do any good since he has that armor. I will wait now till the axe gets stuck then stick him in the back, thank you

Yeah, common mistake. Remember when he gets his axe stuck in the floor to quickly run behind him and kick him in the back to remove his body armor, then shoot him with the crossbow.

Then you'll be prompted to press the 'A' button to finish him off.
