Is it possible to miss one? Not in the timing sense, but it not showing up at all. I was on the first level and I was using a guide for it (just to get used to finding stuff, etc.) and the 5th one never happened when I walked through the door. I swear I didn't overlook it happening...I hope haha.

Take things slowly if you rush through some of them they never trigger. Try it again but walk as opposed to running
