Assassin's Creed Review
by SengIV
Fun: 6/10
-The game gets very repetitive, very fast. It is the same old same old throughout every assassination. Attack and kill in secret. Now repeat for the next 9 of them. What keeps this going is the killing of whoever you want. To bad they couldn’t make it less repetitive.
Control: 9/10
-I actually liked the controls, they were more original. Pressing multiple buttons to do this move is actually pretty neat. The learning curve does take a little while to learn but is way worth it. I really enjoyed these controls.
Gameplay: 6/10
-The gameplay is really repetitive. The gameplay is really repetitive. The gameplay is really repetitive. The gameplay is really repetitive. The gameplay is really repetitive. The gameplay is really repetitive. Get my point?
Graphics: 10/10
-The graphics are some of the best you will see on the Xbox 360, alongside Lost. This game really shows the potential the 360 has. The textures look really middle ages too. When you climb to the high view points and see out over the lands you can see really far and still looks great. Perfect graphics.
Achievements: 6/10
-The achievements are mainly story mode but then there are the flags. The flags are terrible to collect, over 300 flags to collect. There are original achievements but without knowledge before the game starts are very easy to miss, and this is not a game you want to play twice.
Audio: 8/10
-The audio is great and makes you get a feel of middle ages. The ‘die infidels’ speech from the guards chasing you is a really good feel to the game. The music is great and the voice acting is okay. It is not worthy of a perfect audio because it gets repetitive in this game.
Story: 9/10
-I think the story mode is great and ‘twistful’. Makes you ready for a sequel. Can not say much do to spoilers but is great all around.
Multiplayer: */10
-No multiplayer
Playability: 6/10
-Again, I am getting to be a broken record, repetitive. It is very repetitive and is only worthy of one playthrough.
Overall: 7.5/10
-Very repetitive all throughout, but is still worth a rent. This game will take 10 hours of gameplay for fun, but after that it just goes down from there. The graphics save this game from utter failure.
