Throughout single player, you are given prompts to Press 'A' on your screen. It has that little time bar around it and if you don't press it soon enough, it goes away. These are the emotional responses and you must get 10. There are MANY in the actual game so you should get this achievement on the second or third mission.

To get this achievement easily, start up the Bloodshot Fight Club and pick the Practice Arena. Next, choose Thugs>One at a Time>Exotic Melee>Molotovs. It sounds odd but the antlers are invisible and hard to find once you beat an enemy. But if you see a thug swinging his hand with nothing in it, that's the antler. Beat him and take it to kill other guys. Simple as that. You need to kill 10 guys with it. Achievement will unlock at the tenth kill.

During Single Player, you can find little medkits around levels. If you get hurt, just find these guys and it will go towards the points needed. I got this very early on in the game, so you will eventually get it if you play through the Single Player. You can check the progress of how many points you have by checking the Extras in the Main Menu of the game.

In the game mode titled Bum Rush, SCU must survive for however long the time limit is set at. You must not fire a single shot from any gun and still survive all the bums coming to kill you. You can pick up a melee weapon from the start so you can still kill people. This is a very tough task to accomplish. This can only be done in only Ranked matches. You have to win the round and be the points leader for it to count.

Chain attacks are the slow-motion button pressing attacks in the Single Player. When the bar at the top right of your HUD is full, attack an enemy, double tap either the right or left trigger, and it will being the chain attack. You must press or mash the correct trigger it states. There are 6 different chain attack types, Left Chain attacks Lv. 1-3, and Right Chain attacks Lv. 1-3.

On Mission 6, you enter a museum. There are guards scattered around the level and there is no way around them at some points. If you do run into a gaurd, DO NOT FIGHT HIM WITH WEAPONS. Just use your fists and when you get them stunned, just press RT+LT on them. Instead of killing them, it just knocks them out. If you think you messed up, just press 'BACK' and you can see that it's in the Optional missions, and if you did in fact kill a gaurd, it will have a 'Failed' next to it. Also, just as a note, if any of the bums/enemies kills any of the gaurds, it DOES NOT go against you since you didn't kill them.

You will reach 25 pretty quickly if you are playing through Single Player.

To get this achievement easily, start up the Bloodshot Fight Club and pick the Practice Arena. It will only take one to kill them, but they will squirm for awhile until they actually die. If you run out of molotovs, just restart and repeat.

Playing the mode Bum Rush will get you the most kills fastest just as long as you play as the SCU one of the rounds. Every round, the players on the SCU side get traded off for other players on the Influenced side. As an SCU, make sure you choose the Assault Rifle considering it takes only one shot to kill and you have 60 bullets. Find a corner and camp and just wait for bums to show up. If you did well, you can net about 50 kills each time you play as the SCU. The kills will keep pilling on and you will soon unlock this achievement. Can be done in both player and ranked matches.

Just a quick note, your chain attack achievement description is incorrect. Chain Attack does not mean the combo attacks. Chain attacks are the ones that are executed in slow motion. Left and right attacks and designated by which trigger you double tap first, and level 1-3 is designated by how high your chain attack bar is when you execute. i.e. level one is a headbutt, level 2 is an arm break and level 3 is a neck snap.

So basically you have to do all three levels of chain attacks 5 times start with both your left and right hand.

Edit: And as a little help to the FPS portions of the game, if you finish the very final mission with a GOLD rating, you will get infinite ammo for FPS mode. Kinda odd actually as when you get the achievement for finishing 1 level in FPS mode the description actually states that I did it with infinite ammo. Not sure if the achievement description changes if I didnt get gold in the last level.

Oh and another side note. A lot of the Oro Emitters still emit their low frequency buzzing sound AFTER you've killed them. Just dont do what I did and run around in circles for 20 minutes trying to find an emitter I already shot.

Of course this is only for the levels before you get the Spectrometer, as that helps immensely.

I'm currently in the process of making a TVs and Emitters locations guide. For the parts of it that I do have completed, I've placed in detailed information as to where each one can be located so that everybody should find them fairly easy.

Not to mention... I included "DO THIS BEFORE ADVANCING..." because with some parts of the game, if you fail to tune in the TVs or get the emitters, then there is no going back. First prime example is when the enemy pushes the bookshelf after you've gone up the stairs in the repair shop at the beginning of the game. Hopefully me adding in little things such as this will help a great deal to everyone playing.

Great guide man but I think your a bit confused on the defender achievement as the only way I get defenses is if I kill a SCU guy while he's trying to scan or around the box, but I could be wrong

maybe you could add what achievements have to be in ranked and what can be done in player matches because i know some are only ranked. also consider putting barge as a good map to legitimately get the bum king achievement and to make sure there are 2 SCU agents as it seems alot easier for some reason.

This guide should get a sticky. Only thing I can think of that would make it better would be to organize the list by single player and multiplayer but I understand keeping it in the game's regular order. For ease of use, it would be better to have it organized like this.

For Serial Killer

Okay, this relies on you working together with friends or people you can trust, but play Bum Rush on the Lodge and just let the SCU people waste the Influenced quickly. Since they go down so easily you should be able to rack up kills quickly. And the Lodge works best because the Influenced can reach the SCU fast.

Just my two cents. I only have 105 kills so far, but might try to get a few friends together to use this to get 1000.

EDIT: Pyro, for the achievement "Anger Management" I found that you may want to add a brief note at the end of your description. It seems that this achievement can also be obtained by getting to a point in the game that has a "response opportunity" shortly after a check point - you can die and then "reload from last save" and keep doing the same reponse over and over again and you'll still get credit for the achievement. Someone could just use the beginning of most levels too because they always seem to have a reponse opportunity within 20 seconds or less. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the achievement doesnt track responses individually or specifically, it just counts up the total number of times you hit the "A" button during a reponse situation. I know that for this achievement it doesnt matter and it will come naturally anyway after you progress through the story for a while... just thought I'd throw that out there.

I Have a strategy for Serial killer(though i would like some credit for it)

ok, make a Player match and wait for like 2 people to join(be sure to be on SCU) Dont worry, more will join as the game goes on.(Doll Factory works best at 4 minutes a round)

When on the SCU side, use the assault riffle and Shoot at them in 1-shot burst, that way you conserve ammo, while still killing them. AS SOON AS THE GAME STARTS GO INTO THE KNOCKED DOWN CONTAINER AND WASTE THOSE Molotov's ON THE GROUND, THEY CAN BE YOUR DOWNFALL!

Once you run out of ammo you should have 25-40 kills if you are ok with the firearms in this game. Pick up a pipe and time your swings so that the other side will run into your attacks, making it so you can avoid taking alot of damage, remember to block and try to attack when they are in grups so you can get them all at once.

NOTE: at the rare chance there is someone who does block your pipe swings ALOT, throw your pipe at them and kill them so they do not leave you open for MASSIVE damage. that should do it for the SCU side.

When playing as the influenced, start with a pipe, and Go for every Molotov cocktail and throw it at the SCU(try to hit them both if they stick together), After using all the Molotov's just do your best to keep ahead of your team Damage-wise, Because in order to Become SCU again, you need to have the highest or second highest(depending on how large the game is) Damage dealt in the game.

another Move that works well is sprinting and pulling the left trigger with your elbow when attacking SCU, you may die but it deals around 30 damage per hit.

In the end of a 5 round match you should have about 100-135 kills depending on how good/bad your enemies are.

I , Actually, have a better way.

Since most people don't stick around in Bum Rush matches because it sucks being on the Influenced, I suggest you Host a player match, Death Match, On Lodge.

When you start the match, immediately grab a Broadsword everytime you spawn, now to use it effectively, Do the the Dash attack with it (Lb + RT)
two times very quickly, so its like .5 seconds between each dash attack.
then do one slice and they die instantly.

for the serial killer achieve, play a 4 person bum rush with 1 scu vs 3 influenced, with the timer set to 15 minutes me and the other guys (after switching off) could get up to 250-270 for 1 round, needless to say I have that achievement if anyone needs to kill me for the SKX

I dont know if anyone knows this but I just got the collect 10 evidence by doing a player match with max2 players and 1 private slot so noone can join. It was just me and I got the achievement after the tenth scan. Its not much but its a contribution nontheless.

I'm totally with Ancient Symphony here. I got all 15 sacks on the first level as well as emitters, responses and antennas- and got a Gold. But I couldn't find the final Meth Lab on the second level and have just finished it to discover in another thread that it's really well hidden- and now I'm going to have to go back and do the whole damn level again to get Gold... I don't think the locations section can be considered complete until the optional objectives have been added in too.

a real easy way to get to chain gang i found was on the start off the second levle where your beign attack by never ending bums. it's even easier if you have unlocked fps mode and have unlimited ammo

When doing the Big game Hunter achievement, each enemy always starts with the same weapons, the first one running down the stairs will come with a bowling pin, the second guy who comes from underneath, will always be carrying the antlers, so kill him to get the antlers.

Another thing to watch out for is that the antlers are very fragile, if you hold down block and wait for the next enemy to attack you, they will break, so be careful, as you cant see them even though you will be holding them. Maybe this could get added to the guide, as it really helped me knowing this :)

Thats a good question, although it would take awhile to get to 1000 kills for the serial killer one, and you would need 9 other people to system link with for the SKX one. I dont see why you couldnt get any of them on system link, try getting a simple one like brick wall, or punch drunk to see if it works first of all

I think it has not been said before, but the achievements are stackables. For example i finished the game on Hard missing an emitter on level 1, and I found it while playing FPS mode, and still getting the all emitters brokened.

If you're playing through the game and you're working on an achievement for, say, the foosball piece, if you die and restart the checkpoint, all the kills earlier on will still count up towards the kills and what have you.
So basically, you can keep on dying, or even reloading the same checkpoint and they will still be added up each time.

I wanna make a note for an easy way to boost Bum King. start a game as the SCU and kill the bums for the match without shooting them. when match 2 starts have everyone else quit out so that it's just the one guy left and then wait for the full game to end.

there's one win as bum king. timely but easy.

note as the person getting the win, when you're the bum for the second round, kill yourself with a molotov cocktail and the round will end. ten wait for the rest of the 9 minnutes to end to get a win.

I found something out regarding the big game hunter achievement. In the story level, black lack lodge, during the second part of it, where you are in the lodge and about to to look for the bombs, there are antlers on the wall that you can ripp off. And then beat all the scu agents with it.. They are right on the wall after your strangle the first scu agent
Each deer head has 2 antlers your can use, they break really fast. Check the different rooms. There are deer hears everywhere

yes, i noticed that. i did the entire game in easy, then went back and redid levels where i needed emitters or aeriels. But even when i missed all 3 emitters on that level on 2nd run through and got the 3 aeriels, my score for emitters still showed i had them.

So its just find it once on any run through (easy/hard/FPS). Course you won't get a gold for the level that way.
