video converter for iPod video

i recently got an iPod video and was just wondering if any of you knew of any good programs to use to convert videos and/or to take videos straight from DVDs to ur iPod.

the programs can be for Mac or PC

does anybody know how to get DVDs onto ur iPod- i dont feel like waiting for a movie download on limewire.

i think there are programs for this, or atleast a program for ripping DVDs onto ur comp.

I use Videora COnverter to change the DVD files into ipod compatable.

Either download the films or rip direct onto your harddrive

how long does it take to rip a DVD using that program. im using one now, and it takes literally about 20 hours.
