I was wondering how you set the settings to not do autosave. I've looked in the settings in the acctual manager mode and cant seem to see something like that.Also, can you sim the games?

not sure for your first question there is a setting where you can change autosave on or off, though I don't know where it is...
Second question you have to PLAY all 50 games and WIN them all IN A ROW/STREAK! you cannot simulate them, you have to play the full 90 minutes.

the autosave feature is enabled or disabled in menu - my fifa 08 - profile manager - settings and then you select your main profile and set autosave to off.

and ur right, its in a row, cannot simulate BUT, if u do simulate and lose, it counts as a loss and breaks ur streak, its an EA thing to do, so if i sim:
win- doesnt count towards achs
draw- start from 0 again, achs restarted and ur streak is ended
loss- start from 0 again, achs restarted and ur streak is ended

lol i tried to do this achievement by simming it, just wasted about 45 mins of my time lol... btw do u no if simming games goes towards the 15 years 15 dif clubs 15 dif countries achievemnt or do u have to play that??

I don;t believe it is 50 games in a row, but rather just win 50 games on professional? Has it actually been confirmed they have to be won in a row?

Anyway, to save time do all the challenge zones first. I think there are about 20-30 professional games overall in the 10 challenge zones which contribute to the 50 professional wins.

(The 50 game win one has different wording to the 5 game win one. The 5 games states it has to be "in a row" where as the 50 game one doesn't)

If you lose an online match in the middle of your streak do you have to start it all again?

no i don't think you'd have to start again since online games counts to one set of stats (your online ones) and kick-off and manager mode etc count towards another set of stats (which are your offline ones)

I can confirm that online matches do not ruin your offline streak!

You have to do 50 matches in a row on professional. You cannot play any matches in between without ruining your streak*.

*You can play matches online though. You can do manager mode, but simming will not add to your streak**.

well i am not so sure. cause i done the challenge zones first and then went to kick off and only had to do a further 20 or so to unlock the 50 games on professional achievement. so that means i was playing quite a few games in between on semi-pro, amatuer and world class as well as legendary.

so it definately cannot be 50 games in a row on professional. and i have my doubts that all games have to be won in a row. i'll load up fifa tomorrow and have a look through the challenge zones to see if i failed any of the challenges that u have to play on professional and see if the matches definately have to be WON 'in a row'.
