Is it just me that is having a problem with the online??

I mean, it won't let me connect to most games, it keeps saying "Connection Error" and when I do find a party the game is laggy as hell :(

I even tried to join Legion's party and it did the same....

I have the same Problem with Legion in Halo... I think it's the router.... This is what held me back from getting to like PDZ.... I couldnt connect to almost any game... I just host usually when I have this problem or go to quick match.... It usually works

Yeah, but my router is configured properly and all the necessary ports are open. I rebooted the game and didn't have too much of a problem. The lag was a bit too much so I moved on to Halo :p Only for a short while though :p

So I was playing Team DM yesterday and it started out as a 2 on 2. There were no problems until it was a 4 on 4, at which point the lag started. Everytime I played in a game with 7 or 8 people, it was laggy as hell. This game would be phenominal if it wasn't for this problem. :mad:

Well the problem is that you shouldn't have to do that. It should be able to support 8 players with little to no lag. Some companies just don't care about their servers as much as others. I mean, look at Halo 2. Yeah you're gonna get lag once and a while, but the majority of 4 on 4 games are lag free.

The lag for me is terrible and i'm running at 4MB/s!!!

I'm running at 100Mb/s.... No lag when I host up to 8.
It MAY be a problem with your router settings... There's a default setting you router somes with that only lets a certain amout of data come through.... I noticed this when I palyed NFS and always had yellow bars.... I went to a site for configuring routers and set mine up so that It's on tha max... and have amazing connection ever since...

Maka, the technique you talk about is "port forwarding" and mine is setup perfectly.

It must be the water inbetween ;)

12 Meg is being tested on mobiles already- land cables are already up to 24 Meg and have been for a year.

Sweededn are up to Gig tho. Well be there within a couple of years

Anyway, this turns out to be my worse night in a long time!

First, I got booted when playing Maka!!!! Then, the batteries went on my controller while I was speaking to him!

And this was after someone scammed my bank account for £200! All in all, a fantastic night :rolleyes: :mad::mad:
