All of the achievements can be had in a day or two of applying yourself and working for them. The Retirement Savings Plan achievement, however, takes several straight weeks of online gameplay in ranked matches.

920-960 (Depending on cases) probably takes about 15 - 20 hours with the right techniques.

yea my friend has played almost non stop of this game in the last 2 days and he almost has 1000 besides the one online achievement

The game isn't annoyingly hard like many other games. You can get 960 pretty easily in about 15 hours like Maka said. Professional can force you to use smart tactics every once in a while but it's not so brutal like Vegas or FEAR. If you play smart and use cover/blindfire, you won't have a lot of difficulties. Get "My virtual friend" on recruit and do the rest with a friend and you'll have no problems.
