Easy Way For Ninja 5's

I noticed that you can get Ninja 5's on Most of the levels by killing every Enemy It dont matter if you get caught, Apart from if its A Civilian, Its More easy to just run arround making as much noise as you can and when someone comes towards you just kill them, Some levels it will not work tho.

At least its an easy was for the Ninja 5* the missions for Easy and Normal then.
