The usual "If this has been printed before, Im sorry" bit goes here, kay?
I read the thread here that said it's now been fixed, so if you have 580/582, you'll get the Collectors Achievement, so I spent a few hours hunkered down with some maps getting my last set.... Except when I finaly busted open number 580's trashcan, no achievement registered.
Fortunately I read a thread on a different site a long time ago and following that advice I got the 2 glitched coins into reappearing. See, the patch they added a long time back lets the 2 glitched coins be claimed and added to your tally, but if you've already picked them up.. well.. sucky, hey?
So, this'll get them to re-pop. Oh, and do yourself a favour, save on the Great Naruto Bridge to save yourself some walking.
If you go to your Dashboard, the System blade and Highlight memory, press Y to go to extra options, and press X, X, LB, RB, X, X. (The thread I found this advice on mis-spelt this and I had to go searching the net to find it. Lots of sites for it though.) you'll get the option to undergo maintenence. Just click yes and it'll be done in a few seconds. this clears cache'd updates from different games.
Start up Naruto ROAN and you'll be booted off Xbox live and promted to update. Decline for now, and continue to story and load your file. the 2 glitched coins have re-appeared. Go check their both there.
(If you need help remembering them, they are:
1. Run forward along the bridge through 3 "tunnels" made of scaffolding, then turn right. Swivvel the camera so it's behind Naruto and you'll see a hanging net to run along. Run along it and at the end theres a wooden board with boxes, and a coin.
2. From the start, head right and jump on the zipline, shooting you down to the bank. Head left and jump along the bridges, islands and debris to head back to the bridge. On the last half-sunken boat before the bridge, is the second coin. Remember, just see that it's there. Collect it now and it wont be added to your total.)
Save in front of either one and hit guide and Y to go back to your dashboard.
Turn ROAN back on and when prompted, select yes to getting back the Update. You'll be booted and signed back onto Xbox Live as its starts and finishes updating, respectfully.
Load your save, and recollect both coins. When you get them, they should add to your tally. Done and done. 582. If you don't have them all... well, you still need them for the collectors achievement, but you needed these 2 anyway.
