how to flare with bmx bike

stuck on the part were you have to rally up the pros, i ahve two left tony t which i gave up on and the matt hoffman one. he tells you to do three flares, how do you do that?

If I remember correctly, you don't need all the pros to continue. I don't remember if I ever did that one where you have to revert 4 times or whatever.
