Simple answer: No

The DLC contains new aircrafts that you don't really need to - they're massively overpriced anyway. There is apparently an Ace of Aces mission available which may be pretty good though?

There is Some New Co-Op Missions, and some Multiplayer Arena's that are on DLC. but no new Achievements or anything.
